Great. Very good food. The salad was crisp and fresh. The schnitzel tip top from the pan. 1a quality in a tourist hotspot. Highly recommended.

Very tasty food, price / performance ratio, fast and friendly service

Stopped for a snack lunch whilst exploring Rudesheim. We hoped for a pair of Bratwurst with fries for a typically German experience. The welcome was friendly, the service prompt and efficient and the patio heater was welcome on a chilly day. The sausage (singular) was OK, the fries were good and the salad garnish was the most vanishingly mean I have ever seen, one tiny lettuce leaf and half a cherry tomato.

No card payment possible. Hair in the food and unfortunately a watered down wine and an Alster that tasted more like beer than Alster. Not recommended in terms of price.

I had a starch with chanterelles. The fries and chanterelles were very salty. Even the Staek had too much salt. The Staek itself was good craftsmanship. Maybe the cook was in love with the salt. Maybe the rush of guests was too high. But I had to pay the 25 euros. It wasn't worth it.

Very tasty food. Cozy. Top prices. Lumberjack steak with onion and fried potatoes was great. The dessert and the cappuccino were also delicious. 👍 If we should ever be around, we'll come back.

Good location and fair prices. The food was also very tasty, but my meat was not quite through which the waiter met with incomprehension instead of accommodating. The men's toilet also smelled strong, not to be expected in a restaurant, but rather in a pub.

We had a very tasty schnitZel for a low price. The garden is a nice place to have dinner. The staff is friendly and has a nice sense of humor.

We had Wiener schnitzel, schnitzel with pepper sauce and bratwurst. Everything was very delicious. Everything was probably freshly fried in the pan and breaded itself. The wait was perfect, not too short (it could only be warmed up) and not too long, even though the restaurant was almost full. The service was very friendly. Our expectations were exceeded.

We had the schnitzel. What can I say..outstanding 👍😎 no deep-fried schnitzel, but fresh from the pan !!! Very good and large portion. The prices are also very good. Precisely. Was here during the Christmas markets in early December. Stopped here one afternoon as from the outside it looked good and the prices were decent. Inside was nice, was seated and then it went downhill from there. Since it was mid afternoon wife and I were going to split a main meal and each have a salad and a few beers. Waiter was upset we were splitting, was rude and condescending towards us speaking german but not in a dialect. Said just stop talking. Wow..... Food was mediocre at best. Nothing to brag about. Would not come here due to the service.

Was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. Ambience blends well with the city of Rüdesheim. English menu available, waiter recommended the schnitzel with gravy, especially the one with mushroom gravy. Free salad. Beer was good. Schnitzel was awesome so was the Apple strudel. Would come back here again if I’m around the area. Price is reasonable too.

One of my favourite places in Rüdesheim. Very professional staff and no matter what you order it is delicious. The staff was happy to help me avoid the things I'm allergic to.

Excellent meal and service

ABSOLUTELY the best food and wait staff in Rudesheim! You cannot find a nicer restaurant or better dining atmosphere in Rudesheim. We ate there many times in our 3 months visiting the Middle Rhine Valley.

Lovely lunch in a true atmosphere

Childrens menue is very limited. Asked to change Spaghetti Bolognaise to Spaghetti with Cheese. Didn't want to do it. On general staff looks unmotivated.

Waited here for more than one hour after they take our order. The main dish is still no where to be seen. The waiters do not explain at all. Start to wonder if we will get to eat before 9. (we come in at 7:15ish.)

A restaurant with beautiful small garden. Most important one is that the dishes taste well and the waitress is friendly.

Fine restaurant. We come there almost every year. The owner gradually recognizes us. And the Schweinshaxe and the bottle of Riesling are of excellent quality every time.

Great food! We ate here three or four times in only a handful of days. Their salads, their schnitzel and pretty much every dish with mushrooms were all delicious at very reasonable prices. Service was quite good as well! Definitely recommended!

What a great meal and to finish the works with the RUDESHEIM COFFEE. If you are eating out in town give this place a go.

Excellent food and service located in the Rhein valley wine region!

We went to Rudesheim by chance and ended up looking for a restaurant. We stumbled on this place and the people there promptly sat us in a table near the heater yet outside covered and protected from the rain. We ate a beautifully cooked pork knuckle and a suckling pig. We were so pleased with the meal and the rudesheimer coffee (that is coffee, flambeed brandy, cream and chocolate) that we tipped 15%. Definitely a highlight of my trip!
